HelsThere are quite a few of us who are building with PD and they are known for their high site costs, so it's pretty standard around here. Hels, I'm not so sure. We got site costs for three different houses for our block. Similar size, similar foorprint... and PD were significantly cheaper than the other two.  Yes I was shocked.  Hels We went through your thread, house is great, really like MW, we drive around it a lot to get facade ideas, Illoura is a great design. PD house designs are unreal, really nice feel, the quality of finish is great as well. If there is fill on a block I would assume it would have been compacted properly but if it was very deep, prob wouldnt make much difference? The Soil classification has little to do with piers. The purpose of the classing of the soil is to identify the clay content and the "average expected range of movement… 2 22838  PM me your email.
