I had heard that Council will provide some funding credits when your crossover replaces part of the footpath and the concrete retains plain colour, whilst the driveway behinds the boundary can be coloured. How did you go with Campbelltown Council? We are in Hills Shire so may be a slightly different team but guidelines are in line with the Aust Standard.
