Hello everyone
Wondering if anyone might have been through a similar situation or if anyone has any ideas about this. We have been through the following with our builder:
1. New Homes Consultant (PWC) - Done
2. Prestart Consultant (HIA Contract) - Done
3. Color selection/consultation - Done
4. Electrical consultation - Done
5. Developer approval - Done
6. Review Final Plans - Pending
7. Building permit application - Pending
We came across a display home with similar color scheme as what we have chosen and we are not happy at all. Now we regret choosing those colors and want to change the tiles and bench tops. The way we look at it is that it's all internal changes so doesn't require developer approval again. Builder hasn't supplied me with the final plans but I guess my color changes wouldn't change anything on the plans. We'd like to know if anyone has been able to make changes at this stage of the process. Any similar experiences or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
