Is the municipal one free (or at least much cheaper)? At what stage does one appoint their RBS (Relevant Building Surveyor) - Is it after buying the titled land, or before a builder has been chosen, or just after a builder has been chosen (pre-contract signing)? Builder's recommend that GroupFour or CheckPoint or DJMBC be used but not too keen though.
