SEEKING FEEDBACK ON DIXON HOMES
I am looking at building 2 homes with Dixon Homes Wollongong (Albion Park) in Nowra, NSW. I would really appreciate any feedback from anyone who has built or commencing a build with Dixon.
I can't find any reviews for people who have build with DIXON Homes Wollongong. Their unwillingness to provide references or site supervisor details prior to contract signing is setting off alarm bells for me. We have no way to know what the quality of their build is like or if they increase cost by using the clauses in the contract that allow cost increases.
