Coming together pretty well. Plumbing rough-in started late last week and electrical starting today. Gyprock is delivered which I imagine means that'll start shortly. My SS said they deliver the gyprock early (and put some upstairs) so they don't have to try to do it while the scaffold is up later. They will quite possibly clad the outside first then start the gyprock after - once there's a bit more of a sturdy weather barrier in place. Love the roof line by the way! They put the wrong shaped decorative vent on so we have to wait for that to be delivered to continue on. Not sure what the delay will be. Stairs got delivered and should be going in on Monday woo! We are doing the handrail in a dark oak stain, with 40mm square white painted square balusters. We will add a 100mm decorative cap to them after handover to I wanted the staircase at Pallara, but it was 15K haha. So this was our happy medium. You probably agree that stair upgrades are so expensive.
