Blue board is up, down pipes are on, alfresco ceiling is up, skirting and architraves are done and looks like our ensuite has started being grouted but I couldn't get a photo because of the glare from outside. Our main floor tiling is also done however we are unhappy as the tile line down the hallway is off centre.
I had called our SS earlier this week about the main floor tiles and he said that he was there the day before and thought it all looked good and the tiler is experienced so he may have done it to avoid getting to a wall and having a slither of tile but he would check it again. We have photos of the exact display house we are building and the tile is straight down the middle. We hadn't specifically asked for it to be centered in the hallway because we assumed that's what all tilers did. We haven't heard back yet so another phone call today might be in order. We had upgraded our front door and door handle, added a bulkhead and paid extra to have the hallway painted a different colour because we wanted it to look amazing and then they go and put the tiles off center it's just frustrating.
BUT if it cant be fixed (without it costing us too much), I have accepted it and hope that once grouted its less of a bother and already have a few styling ideas in my head to take eyes away from the floor.
