We’ve finally taken the plunge and have signed on to build our dream home in Reedy Creek on the GC. We are building with Clarendon homes and have heavily customised the Madison City 40. I’ll post the floor plan when I reach home. I'm doing the Madison 35, so will be very interested to see what modifications you've made to your plan, since downstairs is basically identical between the two. With regard to a build inspector, I'm using All Inspect. I've only had the slab inspection so far, but they've exceeded my expectations - very prompt with correspondence and beyond helpful.
