Thanks Brooke, we are very happy with how it has turned out.
They are giant bird of paradise. Everything is growing so well.

Hi Bud..
with your build, how much on site cost did you pay?
We are waiting for our tender to be finalised, but I was questioning the site cost of $20,490? I like the few changes you made with the extra slab on the alfresco and front porch.. makes a world of difference..

Thanks, we are very happy with how the house turned out.

We ended up with E soil and N3 wind rating, so our site costs were quite expensive at $26281.

We had allowed $25000 in our original tender, but it threw us over with the N3 wind rating. We were lucky enough to have no rock as that can add a lot extra.
