Thats ridiculous you would think with all the stuff ups you have had on the job the site supervisor would supervise the job making sure it was done properly after all thats what we are paying Porter Davis the premium to do....

Okay so the update is the renderers are grinding away the slab tomorrow and rendering Thursday. We have a tentative meeting on site Friday and hopefully set a date for handover from there.

That's good news. What is the outcome with the render below the front window? Will they have that completely fixed before handover? I hope there's no colour matching dramas again.

As your's finishes, we are getting closer to starting. I meant to be receiving a call from the operations manager today with a confirmed site start date *fingers crossed*

They are grinding away concrete today and applying more render tomorrow so by the time we meet with SS Friday that should all be fixed and hopefully we are satisfied.

Our handover has been booked for next Thursday 29th March. We signed our compensation document today. $3784 coming off our final invoice for being 106 days over contract. Removalists booked for Good Friday.
