In our contract they have allowed 389 days so no compensation yet!! It is practically completed yet failed certificate of occupancy. Had 14 pages worth of things to fix after our last inspection.

389?!?! Why so many days?

Not sure why our contract had so many days allowed. We were told it would take 9 months. Found out today it failed the certficate of occupancy again. Being inspected again Monday.

Gas log heater installed - best time to buy is during summer

I have had a few messages on type of flooring installed - the flooring installed is spotted gum flooring 1 strip - PM myself if you require any assistance on floor covering or window covering due to being in the trade.

the skirting boards are a upgrade went with the highest height.
