Sorry I can't help with time as I'm in NSW and it's def 6 to 7 mths but up there in QLD some are finished in 12 hope that's you ! Hi BrownDog77, thanks for the reply.. Wow. Our Sales consultant advised it would take 14-16 weeks once they get on site. Our build anticipated start date is 6th Oct and we are hoping, considering xmas break, that the house would be constructed at the very least by end of Jan early Feb. Thats just me hoping . Hope it doesnt take 12 months. Re: Coral homes Noosa 23MKII at Ipswich, Queensland 6Sep 20, 2017 5:09 am Anand C Building our first home with coral and our start date is on 1st week of October in Ipswich, Queensland. Can anyone tell how long it takes to finish the build? We were given 6 months time frame in our contract, but previously before signing the contract they told it will take only 14 weeks to complete the whole house. I am not sure how long it takes? Congratulations on your start date!!! We are also building the Noosa 23MKII and our start date is the 29th September so we are pretty much the same as you. I'm hoping we will roughly have handover on the 9th Feb as I've allowed for the Xmas break, any sooner would be great tho! I hope all the paper work gets sorted before that and they dont delay it even further. Anyone had Chris Adams as your site supervisor? We are told that he will be our site supervisor. 1 10479 Building Standards; Getting It Right!
