Info Required Pls- Private building inspector (NSW)

Hi look at building experts website to see what to look for in a inspector, is very important that you let builder know you have knowledge on your side, best of luck.

Circuit I recommend you get someone local and preferably an engineer to inspect the structural concrete stages
From My experience some Builders & Contractors are way too cunnings. here's some of their tricks you need to avoid
1. They employ their own building inspectors, so they never bite the hand that feeds them
2. The Concretors never give you the exact time the concrete Footing, Slabs & Driveways are being poured
3. They will tell you it's compliant when its not..if it's not you'll need an Engineer anyway

enforces reinforcement changes. BTW this would not be required if the builders engineer Or SS
had visited the site
