Meaning the laundry door would open onto the front side yard?! Crazy. W spoke to them and managed to gain approx 3.7m back to allow for the laundry door to access the rear yard (yellow line). We're still not happy though as it means the downstairs lounge window (which will be a spare bedroom) will open on to the street. Our original and ideal position was just behind the corner facade, but in front of the window. I'm going to call the developer today - but thought I'd see if anyone has any tips or advice before I do? We're so disappointed as one of the reasons we bought our corner block is because of the extra side yard we were getting. Thank you in advance!!
