is anyone building with Henley in Melbourne currently or finished building with them recently?

I am looking to build Cullen 45 in west. Any suggestions / feedback / things to look for etc..

helloworld We are thinking of building the Cullen 45.. what's making it harder is that there's no display home for it.
We want to add a shower to the ground floor, but taking the option from Henley removes the pantry.
How are you guys going with the build ?

my land release at the end of the year. are you going with Henley or still deciding? I am in heartland but will build in Westbrook. From your other post feels like you are in Heartland as well.

Yes, we are going with Cullen 45 for now. Have paid the first deposit and going for the Cosham session this weekend. What about you guys ?

We building with Henley in SE. Emporio 43. It is similar to Cullen 45. Display Emporio 47 is in Greenvale

We visited cosham few weeks ago and happy with inclusions. I m thinking of do the flooring later after handover.

I m in stage 8 of Heartland. When ur land is titling?

Cool.. do you mind sharing your options and upgrades. We still need to work out ours..

It's a resale block which has already titled. Settlement is in September so want to get the plans ready by then.

We have information session next week and didn't go high-end upgrades. just basic upgrades. our land title is the end of Aug.

I signed last year with Henley for Cullen 45, my land is going to titled in April or May 2018. I have not received single call or word from Henley apart from future matrix index will be applied on my land as its going to be delayed 3 months from sign of contract.
