BAL Ratings

Can anyone shed some light on how much a BAL rating of 19 costs on a 43 square two story house and what is included in the price?

Sure firstly there are requirements for BAL, such as thickened glass windows, fly screens and a mesh security door.

We were going to be charged $7000 for BAL (not sure what our rating was though) earlier in our quote and by the time we got to contract our house was no longer in a bushfire zone so it was removed. How far away from starting a build are you? It could change.
