He said the stage 7 is expected to settle early next year but refused to give approximate date. Not sure early next year means Jan/feb or March.. In between two 16x28s and I am kicking myself for not buying a bigger lot which was just 10k more at the time (though every 10k feels like a lot). allui - are you in your home yet? Feeling optimistic that you bought in Jubilee despite the earlier stresses? At the end of 2018 when Club Jubilee is open, and shops etc., it'll be awesome I'm sure. Yes, we are building with Simonds - single story. The Palisade, as we love the 3.3m ceiling feature. Very much looking forward to the (hopeful) April titling. Which stage are you in with simonds did you sign the contract? how is it going with simonds am planning to go with simonds too. yes land prices are really high now at least 20% higher. did you attend the open day? it would be good if any other in stanmore Cres come in this forum, and it would be nice to catch up before even we start construction. We signed up with Simonds a year ago so are now paying late penalties, but their build price has gone up more than the penalty so even though it hurts we win overall. No I didn't get to open day.
