Then I got an email a few weeks back from our conveyancer stating March. Our broker assured us they were being optimistic and it probably wouldn't be that early if at all. We've got basically the exact same msg from our conveyancer stating March. We are quietly hoping it gets delayed longer than June so we can save more $$$. I'm always asking the developer questions re titling of land, when the entrance fence will go up, clarification on design guidelines, basically interrogating them for info. We are still deciding between Mainvue and Carlisle at the moment. Also there's been so many releases since we bought our block. Did you go for a drive through the estate today?
