We are building the Parkhill 29 and have had several admin issues. I am wanting your help on an issue that we have We received final constructions plans and variation plans to sign off and complete. We were told in an email that only AFTER receiving these plans would admin go to production and order goods. We wanted to make changes and were told a $250 admin fee would be applied. We advised that we would pay the admin fee and wanted to go ahead and did not sign. And they told us any variations now would delay our build up to one month. The following week they commenced construction. I am now told I cannot make any changes whatsoever. Is this right? Can they proceed to production without us signing? The original email said we had to sign all documents before it was done I am hoping I could get some feedback from you all. Thank you MJ Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 15947Sep 13, 2016 4:23 pm We will be going to the colour studio appointment next week and I had been warned to budget more for upgrades. Is anyone doing stuff after handover as the upgrades with Clarendon is too horrendously expensive? What have they actually done so far? Is it just prepping the land? That doesn't sound right to me so I'd suggest escalating the issue if you have everything in writing. AS Hi Adam, They have already laid the slab and I've been invoiced for it. The frame is going up this week. Currently away so havent been able to go out to see the progress this week. Where are you currently with the build process? I am happy that the build has started but not happy that I'm now told I can't make any changes Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 15953Sep 13, 2016 6:48 pm Yes we cut just the garage from a double to a 1.5. The house itself is unchanged Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 15954Sep 13, 2016 6:48 pm k3nnis adamsmithers55 k3nnis Can I ask all who is building park hill 29 how wide are your blocks ?
