They breached contract by not telling us in writing that our Bal Zone changed from 40 to 19 My neighbor also with oracle was told the same thing but from bal 40 to29 and was told she will get a refund but heard nothing since and not recieved any refund yet. My friends parents are also building with Oracle and they are having issues with the colorbond roof. They installed the roof with no sarking or blanket.
