There are extra costs involved in the colourbond roof, even though you can choose between that and tiles. So if you don't want added costs - look at tiles. They do have nice selections. Same with bricks. The standard bricks are very good in my opinion, so keeping costs down is easy sticking to standard bricks and tiles.
Are you a 'sparkie'? We spent a lot on electrical upgrades!
As has been said, go back over these pages, even the last years or twos worth to get good ideas, and also costs for things. I think cost wise they are still competitive with other builders.
Hi, Thanks for your comment. My plan called Picolo 31 with genesis inclusions and not sure anyone is currently building same or not. I have pretty much covered everything in my written tender but a bit concerned about BH services, timing & quality. I am not sure how they act after signing the contract and how is their quality of workmanship & material. BTW, I am an Electrical engineer and doing industrial switchboards design not building one:(
