Browse Forums Building A New House Re: who is building at east village spring farm???? 183Apr 12, 2016 8:37 am I don't know about you guys but I just got a letter in the mail stating that my lot has been sent to registration and they are expecting it to be done at late may early June did anyone else get a letter? Re: who is building at east village spring farm???? 191Apr 12, 2016 7:01 pm @dav30 That's exciting to have some form of contact!! I am Easton Ave Lot 4407 and did not receive a letter =( Your lot on the "anticipated registration" pdf on the website is against March/April so if the letter states late May/June I assume that whole document will be updated and pushed back again domino style for the other precincts. Re: who is building at east village spring farm???? 192Apr 13, 2016 7:41 am I went down last night to have a look and there are still power lines but according to the map I was given when I first bought the land there is no power lines on my lot and for a while now all the delays I was getting were due to the lines so I could be possible that a few lots might go into registration since the lines don't affect these particular blocks??? Re: who is building at east village spring farm???? 196Apr 13, 2016 7:05 pm I will be rushing home each day to check the mailbox. I'm glad they have given some notice for those that need to get back in contact with their brokers. My sister built in the Hermitage and they were spot on with their rego dates and kept up constant communication. Landcom/UrbanGrowth have been a nightmare. It's just so frustrating. We called Landcom head office about the powerlines in May 2014 and they acted like we were stupid for asking such questions. We also popped into the land sales office and spoke to Helen about the powerlines and she reiterated what a minor issue it was. Re: who is building at east village spring farm???? 198Apr 22, 2016 7:21 pm I went out today to see there was anything new happening and noticed that they have put up a new fence around where they are still laying pipes and developing the area. (inside the regular fenced off area) Not sure if that means they will take down the big fence that surrounds the whole development or not but it certainly looks that way to me, maybe we will finally be allowed in there. Will check again one afternoon next week to see if anything changes. I keep getting them and wondering if about the land or something else. I haven't had any missed calls. I am still checking the website weekly to see if the anticipated rego dates are updated for April. I am hoping that no change on the site is a good thing...
