Re: Anyone building with Homebuyers Centre in VICTORIA? 3673Apr 09, 2016 5:58 pm For those who've had an independent inspection done, is it worth to have them come out to do a reinspection. My partner and I had Darbecca out to do a pre plaster inspection and a few issues were found. Homebuyers advised all issues will be rectified and we have an inspection on Monday to ensure all issues have been fixed. We drove past today and it seems like there are still a fair few things outstanding. How have homebuyers been with fixing issues picked up through inspections? My partner wants to hold off any further progress payments until evrything has been rectified. I just wanted to know if someone is building in Manor lakes so that I can get an idea of the time it takes to site start from the day land settles. I would also love to update everyone on where are we right now. We have signed the building contract with approx 16k worth of upgrades. We are building Indigo 25 with moving master to rear option in Manor lakes, Wyndham vale. We are waiting for land to get titled right now. Which should get titled in May'16. We are also waiting on our formal loan approval which should be with us any day now. Will keep everyone updated.
