The fences are allowed Stockland won't enforce it, same as people who have built a front fence, though not allowed in the agreement Stocklands will allow it I it doesn't detract from the estate. They won't rip down fences now as they have had opportunity to stop that for some time now and would be hard to justify if they have allowed it for 2 years now and not taken any action. Stockland aren't as strict as other developers.
