Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 214Sep 02, 2015 1:40 pm HI, i am looking at H&L at Burawa rise off Grange Rd, onto some lots that back on to rural properties that won't be redeveloped due to flooding, but i was told by Bellriver that the land is not prone to flooding but looking at this forum it looks like it might be? has anyone else bought with bellriver in this street (Road 4)? Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 215Sep 02, 2015 2:45 pm I thought that the rural acreage lots would be for sale(if not sold already) so it would be part of the redevelopment. If you look at the following link it mentions sale of acreage lots http://www.burawarise.com.au/acre-lots/ I might have misunderstood the whole thing though. Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 216Sep 02, 2015 3:37 pm Is anyone here building with Casaview. They seems to be reasonable on the price. Please let me know if anyone is building with them, I would like to get feedback from your experience with them. Appreciate any help with this! Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 217Sep 02, 2015 3:50 pm Hi Sheetal Thanks for the reply. They are for sale but cannot be subdivided into lots for housing. Have you bought on this street as well? I am more worried about the flooding than anything else. I have read this thread and it appears opinions are divided? Is the development prone to flooding? Have you bought on this street as well? I am more worried about the flooding than anything else. I have read this thread and it appears opinions are divided? Is the development prone to flooding? I am on road 03 away from the rural lots. I guess only time will tell how flood prone we would be.. Council wouldn't approve it if flood danger was significant - well one can hope anyway. Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 219Sep 02, 2015 6:32 pm thanks Sheetal, you're right. Are you a local? I'm wondering if people that have bought in Schofields are from the area? we don't know anyone around the area and live on the other side of Sydney, also work in the north shore, would anyone else be commuting that far or could we be potentially the only crazy ones? So it seems like they just take on a lot of projects to get the cashflow for their own builds.
