That's a good bargain getting $400 off?? Arh .. Jealous!! Everything coming together so beautifully! JB Hifi - but I had to buy it that day as the guy said that his boss didn't like that he discounted as much as he did haha!! $400 off was just the BOSE system, all the rest were discounted too! Haha Re: Aussie Living - AMBERTON - Blinds 633May 25, 2015 11:29 pm Update: No painting continued today No flooring in master bedroom No mirrors in bathrooms Doubt the shower screens were installed The only thing that I can see that was touched today was the crack in the ceiling that they have started fixing other than that nothing. They only have 3 days - not 100% confident it will all be ready by 8 am Friday! But I shall keep positive and hope that my PCI is not moved/delayed! Re: Aussie Living - AMBERTON - Blinds 634May 25, 2015 11:38 pm You should be right Justin. Even if you have a few things left there is no reason to delay PCI. Just make sure you have all the unfinished stuff on your contracted list to be done in the 10 days post PCI. All good maaate!! Hehehe!!! Re: Aussie Living - AMBERTON - Blinds 636May 26, 2015 12:53 pm Hey mate congrats on PCI! This Friday is so close, especially after they held out for so long on giving you a date! Will explain my MIA over on my topic soon. But I've missed a bunch! The carpets look much better than I expected; I've got the exact same ones from the builder's range and am pleasantly surprised at how good they look. Did you upgrade your underlay at all? What fixes need to be done before keys? Much? First Build, Commodore Homes, Alkimos Beach. What fixes need to be done before keys? Much? Thanks man - really excited about Friday! Yeah I am super happy with the carpets - no upgrades at all and standard underlay! Fixes are minor at this stage, nothing crazy, some cracks and touch ups here and there and some fills and re-paints! I've not found anything too major yet *touch wood* Also have all my paperwork ready to send in and get it all sorted, if I am lucky my keys won't take 10/15 days and maybe less (here's hoping)!!
