Our land titling got delayed. Originally scheduled for March, looking at July now. We are building in Truginina. I will try to put up some pictures on what we selected at our colour appointment, probably next week. We went with the truffle scheme for the exterior & cruise as our facade. Cheers, Ben Re: Building Henley Marina Q1 - Clyde North 90Apr 29, 2015 11:03 am OMG you'll be ready to move in in no time. That sucks! We went with option 2 - part render. Just the 2 front pillars. Nice, the Marina display is also in Truganina. We've been there twice but wish it was in South East, big trip out those ways for us. I'm glad they had a display so we could get a feel of it. Did you make any changes to the floor plan? Re: Building Henley Marina Q1 - Clyde North 94Apr 30, 2015 2:46 pm Hi Tessxa, No, dont think we will be making any changes to our floor plans. With the facade we were thinking of getting the render done by a third party when the house is complete. Wondering if thats possible. The Mrs is a bit upset with the delays. Do you have any pics of your facade ? guessing its complete by now ? We were sold when we walked into the Marina Q1 in truginina. Ben Re: Building Henley Marina Q1 - Clyde North 95Apr 30, 2015 2:51 pm Hi. Was looking at your facade drawings, noticed that your roof is pitched at 22.5 degrees....Isn't it standard with henley to have roof pitched at 25 degrees ? Did you change it yourself because i am sure reading in one of there brochures that 25 degree roof pitch is standard. thanks Building Monaco Q2 with Henley in Wollert Re: Building Henley Marina Q1 - Clyde North 96Apr 30, 2015 6:03 pm I would be upset too. Can you believe it's May tomorrow!!?? July will be here before you both know it
Facade isn't complete, render needs to be done as well as the timber battens and the eaves. Garage door will go on last. Here are a couple of photos from the front. Will take some more photos tomorrow. Building Henley Marina Q1 - Clyde North 97Apr 30, 2015 6:10 pm Dreamz9 Hi. I can't recall reading anywhere about roof pitch standard at 25 degrees for Henley. Was it in the inclusions brochure? I thought 22.5 was the standard and that any upgrade would be extra. Re: Building Henley Marina Q1 - Clyde North 98Apr 30, 2015 6:25 pm Im pretty sure reading about it somewhere.... Will dig in and find out where i read it. I did not ask for upgrade and i have been given 25 degree roof as standard.
