We've decided on the Oleria house from Sekisui house, but we're trying to find the best way to break it down / lay it out on our sloping block. We're trying to avoid to much cut, drop edge beams and retaining walls.
Any input would be more than appreciated (I've spent months racking my brain)
Here are 5 alternatives I've come up with so far, basically we are up the top of a hill, with the slope rising to the back left corner of the block.
I'll give a brief description of each layout.
1. This is the simple layout with the first level having the main bedroom, entrance and garage

2. This is the Oleria No2 layout, lends itself to better layout of stairs

3. Just the garage and entrance are on the bottom level and the rest of the house on one level.
The house is slightly sloped too to reduce cut and give better views from the outdoor area.

4. Similar to 3 but not on a slope

5. Here the house is dissected a bit, the garage is now next to the main bedroom and the entrance has stairs leading to the house which is all on one floor.
