Saturday, 21st February 2015 will be another exciting day as The Grange at Marsden Park opens its doors to the public at 10:00am - 4:00pm. The Sales Centre is located at 143 South St, Marsden Park. The first stage of house and land packages will go on sale on Saturday, 28th Feb 2015. This is another welcome development for Marsden Park as the land values have nowhere to go but up.
The only advantage of The Grange over the Elara Estate is its proximity to the planned Marsden Park Town Centre, Schofields Road Extension, Sydney Business Park, Schofields Train Station and the proposed Marsden Park Train Station. However, my personal preference is still the Elara Estate over The Grange since the lots will be too close to Richmond Road and Schofields Road.
Therefore I would recommend that people intending to buy at The Grange next Saturday to defer their purchase plans and instead wait for the Elara Release Information coming out sometime next week. Lots at The Grange are quite small and you will be mixed with medium density housing which are apartments and terrace houses. To some people they would not mind and would look at the convenience side but for those conscious about property values this may be a concern.
