Sorry lilpen,
I drove past at 5:20pm today and the cows were still there under the fig tree.
Let's see if fencing goes up tomorrow.
Doubt it!

I don't reckon registration will take place this year. They reckon at least three months from completion of earthworks for the land titles office to register the land so if that is say September and with the Christmas break. Doubt it will happen this year. Very disappointing and definitely not what we signed up for.. Has everyone exchanged on their land? Re: Lynden Views Estate Kembla Grange 2526. 383Feb 20, 2015 8:36 am Drove past today nothing still. Yep agree at least 3 months minimum for registration. I got asked two days ago for land deposit but said I want to wait a few days to see a fence up MJH Havana one at Lynden views Kembla Grange Http://havanalyndenviews.blogspot.com.au/ 25/5/14 - $5000 Deposit paid 19/6/14- Colour walkthrough 16/7/14- Accepted tender 22/8/14- Colour selections Re: Lynden Views Estate Kembla Grange 2526. 384Feb 20, 2015 9:24 am We also got a phone call from our solicitor yesterday asking if we are still interested in the land which I thought was a bit odd. I told him the same thing that I'm not paying a cent until I see some activity on the land. I now know why the cows are still there. Every buyer in the estate will receive a complementary cow with their house and land package. Wouldn't that be a sight, all the neighbors walking their cows! ... lol Re: Lynden Views Estate Kembla Grange 2526. 385Feb 20, 2015 10:01 am I am getting the push to exchange on the land, but I have also told Masterton and the Developer that im not comfortable with exchanging until I see dirt turning over on the land. They told me if I don't exchange soon they will sell my lot. Not good seen as though there has been so many delays already. I just want to have faith that its all actually going to happen because at the moment I don't have any. Re: Lynden Views Estate Kembla Grange 2526. 386Feb 23, 2015 8:25 am According to the office of environment and heritage nsw they have not received an application for AHIP permit for anything to do with 105 Darkes road or Lynden view. and it is not on the list as approved so I'm not sure what's going on there. I may be wrong but I doubt it. Civil contractor was out on site earlier in the week assessing several areas for site sheds and temporary fencing locations. These have now been agreed. The owner has not made arrangements for the movement of the cows on site as yet( to my disappointment) and the planning for the new fences has raised some concerns for the location of her cattle for the remainder of the construction program. We are seeking to have these issues resolved and will be on site once these have been resolved. Regards Re: Lynden Views Estate Kembla Grange 2526. 389Feb 23, 2015 2:16 pm Great!!! Spoke to the sales agent for vista park this morning they have commenced building of the second stage and still estimate completion third quarter of this year plus 4 to 6 weeks for registration... Starting to look like a very viable option... Can't imagine lyndenview being registered before next year! Has any one discussed the additional charge for going over the 12 month period prior to building. my understanding is MJH can re price the build price after 12 months (losing the 7k I paid to fix the price) and further increasing the build price starting to worry me a little! Re: Lynden Views Estate Kembla Grange 2526. 390Feb 23, 2015 2:18 pm Yep I've been speaking to vista park a lot lately also. Also just got an email back saying they have just recieved the AHIP application MJH Havana one at Lynden views Kembla Grange Http://havanalyndenviews.blogspot.com.au/ 25/5/14 - $5000 Deposit paid 19/6/14- Colour walkthrough 16/7/14- Accepted tender 22/8/14- Colour selections Re: Lynden Views Estate Kembla Grange 2526. 391Feb 23, 2015 2:27 pm Vista park looks nice though it could be a costly move! Anyway we are all sorted did our electrical a week ago so now we wait.
