We had decided very early on that we liked the Emerald 29 from Granvue and despite looking at nearly ever bloody display home in Victoria
we still kept coming back to Granvue. We could just not get past the quality of the home and its inclusions for the price. Really no others homes compared in that regard.From the very beginning dealing with our salesman Riz the process was made extremely easy and I felt 100% comfortable in what we were getting. Nothing was too difficult for them even if it wasn't making them anymore money.
Moving on to dealing with Lisa and Sash at the start of our tender, contract and colour appointments was a pleasure and then with Jackie at the actual colour appointments was nothing but easy. Jackie showed a lot of knowledge and was extremely helpful and patient with our tooing and frowing over colour choices.
After the tenders etc Kim took over our file and was an absolute joy to deal with. Nothing was too hard for her and every phone call, email etc was dealt with in a very professional manner.
Steve our building supervisor just made the job easy. He was very accommodating to anything we wanted or needed and a great bloke as well.
In the end after handover today and reflecting a little over the past 6 months we could not be happier with our choice to build with Granvue. Everything was extremely simple and ran to time perfectly. Would we build with Granvue again? Absolutely (just not for a little while LOL). Would I recommend them to others? 100% Yes.
So that's it. We are in our new home and looking forward to enjoying it.
