Just wondering If I manage to secure a lot what should I initially pay before the land get registered? Just deposit 1000$ or 10% of land price I was a little unclear from the Four Step Land Release Process Regards, Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 134Jul 07, 2014 4:19 pm @AlDob: You have to be ready with your A$10K (inclusive of the initial A$1K deposit). 10% is only required if you will pay by the deposit bond or bank guarantee. I think that the A$1K initial deposit is refundable should you choose not to proceed.

I've seen the corner lot houses in Greenway. They have fencing on the longest part of the street and the entrance door and garage on the other side of the street. You just might be restricted to build structures because of the side setback that may be required. Refer to below:
