The prices of both builders were just right for the design of the homes. It looks to me that the lane at the back will not be visible to those who pass the entrance. I have yet to inquire what the plans are on the road fronting the neighborhood centre as there were quite a number of people talking to the GL Sales personnel about the latest release. When the release goes back to the 2A and 2B area I believe that the increase will be massive. By the way, I overheard that lots 550, 555, 556 and 557 are still available for sale as at 28 June 2014.

It will be away from the road as it is the inside lane. Either the price is too low or 2a and 2b release lots prices will go up quite a lot. Still have an impressive front with a 10m frontage, rather than the garage taking more than half the frontage. I assume it would be a private laneway, not a general thoroughfare for garage access.
