Do you have to intervene a lot to get things fixed? Apparently it is quite common for fixing minor stuffs with builders. We are building with ADH near your area too, but still in the council process which has been halted for nearly 3 months. Re: Adelaide Designer Homes in Greenacres, SA - Final Steps 31May 22, 2014 4:47 pm Hi Kank, its been going along quite well, yes there are somethings we have quickly noticed and caught and managed to get resolved quickly but that will happen with anybuilder. When we let them know they have been resolving the issues very quickly and been very accommodating. They have been good with updates, and allowing us to look around as well as get some of our trades to do some things to make sure the overall result is good. I think if you go in with the attitude of knowing there will be issues and mistakes and working on how to over come these rather than focusing on the mistake you will be fine. our council approval took about 2-3 months so it wont be long for you, Kitchen almost done Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Adelaide Designer Homes in Greenacres SA - We have the 32Jun 17, 2014 7:54 pm Well we got our Keys today such a good feeling after a year of planning and building Highly recommend Adelaide Designer Homes as its been a great process, well looked after and fantastic build quality. added some pictures to the first post and more will come when the tiling is done etc Re: Adelaide Designer Homes in Greenacres SA - We have the 33Jun 17, 2014 8:04 pm Congratulations! we are very happy with the house and the builder and what we have ended up designing and building. There was minimal issues during the build and any that have been discovered were rectified quickly and always had regular visits from the supervisor. We would certainly recommend ADH to anyone else out there looking to build currently, Their inclusions are much better than the other "cheap" builders and the low volume they deal with means you get much more attention and support. But best of all, you can design what you want and you aren't stuck to pre defined cookie cut houses of some of the other builders. if anyone wants any further details or has any questions feel free to send me a private message on here and I will get back to you.
