Hi All. It was so good to meet some of you again on Saturday. The heat was unbearable, and so I had to leave early, so I do apologise. But apparently, another neighbour showed up after I left and gave us some great news - NOT!!!! Please tell me that we do not have to wait for construction to start in August. This is a nightmare. I agree. Enough is enough.

Hi, Could this neighbour be from Stage 2, which is why she said construction is August. I am starting to wonder now.

Hi All
After Saturday spoke with my solicitor and was reminded that the date of registration can legally be move by 18 months from original date given . Once they said it I recall being told that whilst the company was running threw contract with me.
I can not recall the original date given for registration but have a feeling they have moved it by 10 months . Can anyone recall registration date they was given ????
Suggest every contact EB today and asks about building commence date we have heard the weekend .
Honi74 the lady we heard it from was stage 1 definitely they bought the land 3 years ago

That is ridiculous. Why did they even bother with an email advising that construction would commence once we settle on the land!! That's 5 months later!

Just had a very heated discussion tell them they are all liars etc etc and that I'm not paying my land in full for them to have my 300 grand for 5 months untill they start ! If any wants to call me or tex me a question they want answered 0400600258 feel free

Just got a revised email from Eden brae
They made a mistake !!!!!!
New revised start date is April the 30th
Still going in there today as I wanna speak face to face !!!
Email defo says build start 30th April so we could be in this year !!!!

Hi all,
Just wondering if EVERYONE got the email that states "We are expecting the Subdivision Certificate to be issued within a fortnight and lodgement with the Titles Office to happen at the same time. We expect registration in the last weeks of March".

As part of stage 2 i was wondering if this was more focused on the stage 1 people.

I agree with creating a Facebook group as it will give a chance to notify neighbours of any upcoming work on their house, parties etc.

I havent had a chance to visit the site lately. Are there any new changes since a month ago?

Yes Raz, we all got that email but then the next day found out it wouldn't start until august.... But now that turns out to be yet another mistake.
