Thanks Lucinda and Davelle,

Firstly Lucinda, the Site Supervisor was incorrect in as much as Scott and Kelly were told at handover, they didn't have to waterproof, but it can be done if you want, but if it isn't done it will not void the warranty.
Very happy about the shelves. It looks so much better than the cupboard extending all the way to the bench, whihc ws extremely hard to reach without having to go around to the front of the bench to get anything out and that is with Scott being 6 foot 5" and Kelly 6 foot and they would have struggled to reach. And they still got 2 cupboards there!

Davelle the benchtop is New Sable Lux. It does look very nice!

If you want I could get a better pic of it. What colour cupboards are you having with it Davelle? Scotts is parchment.

We have polar white silk lower cabinets and a textured upper in licorice linea - Dave LOVED the new sable luxe stone so I didn't have much of a choice haha
If you have anymore pics that would be amazing! I'm secretly a little worried about the kitchen

I will see what I can do for you. It might be a couple of days before I am there as I don't want to hound them, as much as I want to go there everyday to see him!!

I am sure you will love the kitchen once it is all in and you can actually see what it looks like.

Thanks, Joane. I suppose it is best to have it done. Will have to find out what's involved.

The benchtop is lovely. Looks much like the Caesarstone Mink which I had one time--loved it.

Hi All,

Just thought I would do a little update about Scott and Kelly's house.

So far they have had their aircond/heating installed, carpets, driveway and paths and made a start on the front yard today. And now even have a letterbox!!

Curtains are on order so excuse the newspaper ones!!

Here is a pic of their progress to date.

Also I have just brought these of ebay for my kitchen which we updated at the beginning of the year. I brought the Zoe in the taupe. Ordered last sunday and they arrived on Friday!!! And they look awesome!! Of courses I am not in any way connected to this company, just a very happy customer and would like to pass this along. 2 x stools for $109 delivered within 6 days is awesome I say!!

Thanks so much for sharing the photo, Joane. It looks very beautiful indeed. They have a lovely home and the garden is going to make it extra nice.

Hi, Yes I did mean to send the link. I thought people might be interested. I didn't want to make a whole thread about it but to just let the people who read this thread know how good they were.

I am very happy with them so far even though I have only had them for a coupe of days.
