We are yet to finalise our documentation, prestart was seven weeks ago. We have going at this now since the start of March!!! It seems very messy the convoluted and drawn drafting process. I wish we could just sit down with the drafty for a half a day and we could get it all sorted. We asked about the "design service" and even went to book a session, but the lady doing prestart told us not to worry about it and she was a qualified interior decorator and that she can help if we needed any help. The consultants at the tile places will also assist with selections, as will the consultants at the laminex shop. We went to the display home in baldivis today and the SR told us that the build time at the moment is about 5-6 months.
