I'm sure if we didn't have Christmas in the way of us last year we would've been in at the end of December or first week of Jan (our PCI date changed from Dec 18-30 and we were in Jan 25). Also remember that PCI doesn't mean keys. It's 2-3 weeks from PCI to keys in a lot of cases depending on your bank and occupancy permit and if there are any major things to fix. I will keep my fingers crossed but it's not looking too likely. Its not even 1 month since site start and im 80% lock up.
