Hi, my private inspector found the following issue in pre-slab. When I spoke to my SS, he mentioned that the document that the private inspector was referring to wasn't the updated one. I believed that at the moment. But it seems that there is no updated document and its almost time for PCI. Is this a serious issue? Any help is appreciated.

You've waited until PCI and took the builders word that it is all compliant when (worse case scenario) the roof could potentially collapse in the future? I would engage the inspector now and ask them to sort this out.
