Browse Forums Building Standards; Getting It Right! 1 Aug 02, 2020 5:53 am Hi, I found the property that I wish to buy and reviewed the copy of contract. But I noticed that It is indicated as 2 bedroom dwelling on Final occupation certificate?? It is brand new villa with final occupation certificate. On Final occupation certificate indicated (Construction of a new multi dwelling development comprising 4× single storey dwelling - 1×bedroom dwelling and 3× bedroom dwellings) ->but advertised as unit 1 is 4beds and unit 2,3,4 are 3beds villas. What should I do? Is it common? Is there any problem if I buy and when sell in the future? Is it 3 bedroom dwelling or 2 bedroom dwelling? I ask your advice and experience before asking agent.
