I was thinking about rigging up my new colourbond shed with powerpoints, lights and heater.
Yes I know! ... I do NOT intend to do anything with live electricity. My work will involve
Trenching from garage to house 600mm deep
Laying some 25mm conduit with 6mm wire (not filling until sparky OK's it)
Puttting in shed switchboard
- 1 x 80 amp Main breaker
- 1 x 40 amp 2 Pole RCD
- 1 x 20 amp circuit breaker
- 1 x 16 amp circuit breaker
- 1 x 10 amp circuit breaker
Running 2.5mm wire for powerpoints and heater and 1.5mm for light through 25mm flex conduit.
Clamping conduit every metre
Mount powerpoints on purlmates
Leaving ALL connecting (powerpoints, lights, heater and of course mains) to the sparky
Do you think a sparky be happy with that? (assuming all the work I do is to code)
Though I'd attached a diagram as well
