My house has vinyl cladding on the outside, l recently removed a plank of vinyl cladding to look what behind it and l was expecting to see the plastic wall wrap covering the timber walls that you see covering most new houses but there was no plastic wrap , instead there was thin white panels of Polystyrene covering the timber walls, it was thin and breaks easily. l was wondering if that's OK , does it matter or should they have put in plastic wrap instead.
