Brickwork have just been high pressure cleaned. The mortar looks very soft sandy and weak. The sands crumbles down if you run your finger on the mortar.

Have everyone had the same issue and can advise what are the possible remediations? Thanks in advance.

Do check the mortar composition and if any additives are added
then don't use a water pressure cleaner
You will probably have to Repoint Brickwork at a later stage
