I have a question regarding the PVC storm drainage for our home. On the blind side of the house it doesn't seem as they've buried the PVC deep enough. The PVC is at the same level as the bricks. Is this a breach of builder practices and plumbing regulations? I've posted a few pics on my blog... Would appreciate some advice... I just got an email back from our Home Inspector Kevin, and he's basically saying there is a requirement for builders to ensure that the drainage to set to a suitable depth for paving and concrete. At least now I can rest at ease knowing Kevin will surely pick this up... Thanks again Duke, would be great for others that are building to know this as well...defintely will save a few PVC pipes before the bobcats go over them... PaPs...
