I am reading the following Clause from the NSW CDC guidelines:
Clause 3.12 (3) Maximum area of attached balconies, decks, patios, terraces and verandahs setback from side or rear within <6m; and with a floor level >2m above ground : 12m[size=100]²[/size]
The above guide is for balconies less than 6m from any boundary AND above 2m above natural ground level.
My question is: If the balcony is greater than 6m from all boundary, can you build a larger than 12m² balcony?
