Browse Forums Building Standards; Getting It Right! 1 May 19, 2018 8:39 pm Recently bought a townhouse to discover balcony is leaking water into the downstairs bedrooms.Had thermal imaging done and can prove its coming off the bslastrade posts as they are not sealed;and the render and tiles are also cracking.
