We are trying to build in a Heritage Conservation area and we have Bal29, nothing going for us.
We have a flora and fauna problem that conflicts with the BAL.
We need to build a house on peirs so fauna can still pass through our block.
They say we cannot do concrete slab as we will disturb the enviroment.
As a house on peirs has to have a protected cover around it .....
Does any one know how to build on peirs and still have the BAL requirement
Meaning what type material for the peirs and under floor.
