IF so, then I would be very worried about a complete lack of ventilation to the sub-floor along this abutment AND risk of termite attack. I assume that the wall was there before the garage slab... and it seems that the wall has problems at the bottom course and may be curved. There is a requirement that a slab poured against an existing brick wall needs to be separated by a control joint. If the house is a concrete slab that was poured first and the garage slab was built later (seems unusual to have what appears to be particleboard atop the house slab. Give us a shot from the hall side and elevation of the bottom joint of the brick wall if you would.
