Our insurance company sent their builder out who said he would be cutting the framework in half & only replacing the lower section. I have since had 3 builders out to quote for me. All 3 builders have said they will not do half a wall as it wrecks the structual integrity of the walls. Is this true? They are not load bearing walls.
