Thanks for the info Mclaren! It's shocking that you have to go to consumer affairs for them to fix it. I would say 9000 is not enough. How much will it cost if they have to redo the brick ?
I am prepared for more delay on the house . I want them to fix it and I want no cheap and quick fix !
I can see what's coming our way . SM told me it's just normal many times so I can so see few arguments down the track.
This happened 5 years ago and the area affected by the discolouration we were given $9000 to have it rendered. Best of luck and hope the rectify this issue for you! But if they don't know that you would have support from consumer affairs
